Image Preparation
Photos in digital form
With photos in digital form please do not perform excessive enhancements,
sharpening or similar operations to your images before sending them to us. We prefer
to leave it up to the client who purchases the image to determine how they want the
image to look.
We require your images to be high quality JPEG images, with compression level set
to a low level (i.e. less than 5). We do not accept images in any other file formats.
The largest file size we currently accept is 10Mb.
Scanning negatives or prints
If you are scanning photos from negatives or prints, we recommend to scan at the
following resolutions:
Negatives: 2400dpi
Prints: 600dpi
NOTE: Please do not use 'interpolated' resolution - only the true resolution of
your scanner.
Please check the quality of the scanned image and correct any imperfections caused
by hairs or dust during the scanning process.
