Ordering Information
To purchase a photo from Media Stock, 5 steps are required:
Step 1) Browse the website to determine the photo(s) you wish to purchase and for each one, click 'Add to basket'.
Step 2) Once you have the photo(s) you require in your basket, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 3) If you are a new customer click 'Create Account', or if an existing
customer simply enter your email and password.
Step 4) Complete the checkout details, select your payment method
and place your order.
Step 5) Once we have received your payment and it has been authorised/cleared
you can download your photo from the 'My Account' part of the website.
Payment methods accepted:
- Credit and debit card payments via our secure payment provider
PayPal.
NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment -
it is optional and you can choose not to sign-up to PayPal.
NOTE: PayPal payments are usually cleared within minutes, but may take
up to 2 working days in some cases.
- UK Cheques.
NOTE: To be made payable to: 'Front To Back Media Ltd'
NOTE: UK cheques may
take up to 7 days working days to be cleared.
